Admission Criteria

  • No interview is conducted with the children of Pre-school and Pre-Primary.
  • The school also does not conduct interview of the parents. However, there is an informal interaction with the child and the parents, so that they have a better understanding of the school and the environment.
  • The Management encourages parents for comprehensive school visits by prior appointment.
  • For admission in any of the classes from I to IX & XI, the student should have passed the preceding class and should submit his/her Transfer Certificate, Report Card with the application form along with a copy of the Birth Certificate.
    After the submission of the application form, the child will be called for a written test, wherein the basic knowledge and skills of the child would be assessed.
  • Filling and submission of application form does not guarantee admission to the school.
  • The decision of the school authorities is final and binding. Any false or incorrect information furnished may jeopardize selection and enrollment


  • The information on the fee structure can be inquired by visiting the school between 9am to 2pm on working days.
  • The mode of payment is quarterly for all the heads.
  • The school fee payment can be made through a crossed cheque/demand draft/cash in favor of RICHMONDD GLOBAL SCHOOL, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, as per the rules.


The dates for admission and submission of forms are prescribed by Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT Delhi.
The School releases Newspaper Advertisement to inform the parents these dates.

  • Date of form submission- Within a week after the date of purchase of the form.
  • Age criteria- The age of the child should be 3+ for Nursery as on 31st March 2011.


  • Attested Birth Certificate by Municipal Corporation with the name of the child printed on it should be submitted along with the application form.
  • Photocopy of proof of residence (ration card/voter Id/any other proof of residence). In case of rented accommodation, a copy of lease has to be provided.
  • Five passport size photographs of the child and two each of parents should be submitted for school records.
  • An Affidavit is required in case of a single parent.
  • In case of foreign nationals, the following documents need to be submitted at the time of registration:
    (a)Copy of residence proof
    (b)Copy of passport
    (c)Copy of student visa
    (d)A letter from the embassy stating the details of the child’s parents/ guardian under whose custody the child will be.

As Per Rules and Regulations of DSEAR, 1973
